At Sultanat, we value your trust and want you to feel confident when shopping with us.
Orders above PKR 9500 are strictly processed against a 10–20% advance—no exceptions. Orders without advance will not be dispatched or reserved. This policy is non-negotiable and ensures commitment, priority handling, and zero delivery disruptions.

• SALE ITEMS: Sale items cannot be returned/ refunded or exchanged.
• Eligibility for Exchange: If your item is damaged or incorrect, you must notify us on the same day of delivery. Any requests made after this timeframe cannot be accommodated.
• Return Process: Once you inform us, the item must be dispatched through a courier to the return address we provide, we will arrange and exchange or resolution accordingly.
• Condition of Return: Items must be returned in the same packaging and condition as they were delivered. Worn, used, or damaged items will not qualify for a refund or exchange.
• Exchange Timeline: Exchanges will only be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected by our team. We cannot issue refunds or exchanges before the item reaches us.
• Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
